1/2 oz Tia Maria Coffee liqueur
2(is) oz Orange Juice
Measure Vodka and Liqueur unto an ice filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with Orange Juice and stir. Garnish with an orange peel comb-over.
In commiseration of the elected president I’ve decided to make this cocktail, exerting my First Ammendment rights of satire at our new POTUS, calling it The Orange Russian. It taste like Tootsie Rolls. Tootsie Rolls and wrong.
