Drawlloween 2018! Introducing Oliver

So begins Drawlloween 2018. Looking at the prompts, it seems that this year will be quite difficult. I have an overall idea what I’m going to be doing as a general theme, but the prompts don’t really line up very well with any kind of consistent theme I can run. There’s a good chance I’m going to stray fairly far from any given intended prompt this coming month.
