Today, January 11th, is National Hot Toddy Day. I kinda wanted to go back to doing all of these Drink Holidays after doing the Sunset Cocktail Calendar back in 2017. I’ve continued to track these holidays in a Google Calendar that you can follow as well. I’ve even been printing these out at work for our project board for our daily meetings. The calendar is public and you should be able to import it by clicking here if you’d like.
This drink takes the nice Hot Toddy a little classier by merging it with the very lovely Improved Whiskey Cocktail. I left out the Lemon from a traditional toddy since I wanted it more like the IWC, but, in retrospect, adding a squeeze of a Lemon Wedge may have actually made it even nicer.
